Jason Linden, Esq.
My favorite part of my job is the clients. Many personal injury lawyers are interested in volumes of cases. They handle hundreds of cases at a time and are more interested in settling for their fee than for what is best for their clients.
This is one of the reasons I founded my own firm, Linden Law. Here, we do things differently. Our clients and their needs are our number one priority. I am most satisfied with the outcome of a case when I know my clients will be well taken care of, given the best change to get better and live a good life.
During law school, Jason had the opportunity to intern for a prominent personal injury firm that handled catastrophic cases. After graduation, he continued working with that same firm until 2013 when he moved to a larger firm to continue his training. There he had the change to work under some of the best litigators in the US. He was mentored in building his trial advocacy and negotiation skills.
Jason has worked on hundreds of cases, recovering millions of dollars. His extensive training and experience has helped him take each client’s unique story a nd apply the law with well honed litigation and negotiating skills to obtain the best results.
"It’s the clients, says Jason, that keep me doing what I love to do."
Throughout his career, Jason has worked on hundreds of cases and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. With each case having its own unique set of facts and challenges, Jason uses his eclectic knowledge of the law to properly litigate his client’s cases and maximize their recovery.
Jason graduated with a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School where he served as an Executive Board Member of the Moot Court Honor Society. During his tenure with the society, he participated as both a coach and competitor in national trial advocacy competitions.
